Conduct a PESTLE analysis to assist with environmental scanning

Apply the energy line principle to tasks to avoid gold-plating and determine appropriate tasks input

• Brainstorm the why: what our leaders and internal stakeholders are driven by
• Foster a growth mindset and team culture of inquiry
• Group Activity: Uncover the stinky fish, an exercise in building a growth mindset

• Examine the factors at play when undertaking tasks including gold-plating and scope creep
• A structured approach to analysing effort and detail required when approaching tasks and requests using the ‘energy line’
• Group Activity: Clarifying scope

• Exploring the linkages behind your teams and the structures that support them, including a group dependency mapping exercise
• Exploration with mini activities to understand best practice habits formation including agile and design thinking methodologies
